I drink green tea mixed with peppermint tea all the time so I was really happy to notice one day that it's a genoharmonic combo for me  This isn't genoharmonic, just three diamonds, turkey wrapped in spinach and dipped in peanutbutter

Fig / Cranberry compote with oatmeal.  I sometimes add walnuts and applesauce...
I use 4-6 canned or fresh figs, about 1/2 cup cranberries, 1 cup (or so) water,
Cook fruit until cranberries pop, then add oatmeal.  
When oats are cooked, remove from heat and add walnuts and applesauce, as desired.

Beef liver and onions sauteed in ghee.  I sometimes add some curry powder to the onions to change the flavor a bit...

Steamed vegetables with a fish fillet or steak.  Pick your fave of each and spice at will...

You're a girl after my own heart...!....I put PB on everything too....I love it spread on a big leaf of romaine and rolled up like a tortilla...

This week I've been enjoying 2 TBS of quinoa with 1/4 cup turkey and 1/2 a tsp of ghee and then a nice big serving of veggies on the side....last night it was fresh watercress w/ tamari and a dab of honey along with steamed kale and zucchini with lemon....

I could go on and on about my favorite combos! There are so many....I love to be creative in the kitchen

frozen watermelon sticks held on its skin..

I make my own mix of cajun spice and add it to meat at the end of cooking, makes nice jus.

Sliced onions in a pan 4 minutes tile brown, fold over to brown the other parts.
add other veggies sliced on top, 4 minutes (my stove is not to hot)
add meat slices on top and add spices to the whole pot, add some water to steam a little
all done in 1-2 minutes while I celan up the cutting board..
stir one more time and serve..

2 egg omlete with a little sugar- grandmas memories.

scrambled egg with a little cheese mixed in .. needs constant stirring.

looking at this list makes me hungry, but also wonder just how NON adventurus I am.. ????

You might, but then you wouldn't be me.   Rich, hot, and tangy with texture makes an intersting mix. Three 'diamonds' can't be wrong.

1. Exactly! To each his own.
2. The duck combo is kind of like a Nacho without the chip, but with the crunch of bok choy instead, and butter instead of cheese. I think I get it.
3. Three diamonds, arbitrarily chosen, don't necessarily make a great gustatory/culinary combo. It's those Pairings that can surprise, be brilliant and exciting... And those are what I was looking for with my Original Post. Thanks.

My favorite is sushi or sashimi and red wine or green tea depending on time of day.  It feels like cheating but all beneficial. Fresh salmon or tuna, brown rice and nori not to mention miso soup with tofu and seaweed.  Doesn't get better then that for me.

Turkey, onion, peas, olive oil, and thyme stir fry is DW's favorite.

Creating new dishes usually leaves me with mixture of certainty and uncertainty.  The quality of the dish is a surprise, good or bad as the case may be.  The quality of the clean up required is much more reliable, however.

I'm remembering Thanksgiving dinner, and how satisfying the beneficial juxtapositions are at the classic table. Mom used to put pineapple in the sweet potato casserole. That was an awesome Bene-Pairing. Another I like(d) is cranberries - with - walnuts in the relish.

current faves are:

curried turkey soup with a toasted cheese sandwich - for breakfast lol.
'chinese' turkey mince with vermicelli rice noodles, chilli and shallot.
fresh cup of green tea with a slice of macadamia maple tea cake.
hollandaise sauce on asparagus and poached eggs - so easy, the best butter sauce ever - if you want the recipe pm me, can easily adapt to your herb list too, and vinegar free, especially awesome if you can source organic eggs and organic butter.

these are all easy recipes i adapted to suit my list.

my genoharmonic suggestions really do not appeal so I combine benes instead atm. have a beautiful bene day everyone

Mmmm, ume-shiso make...boy, do I miss that one. Can't get it in these parts...

I tried growing shiso a couple of years ago, but the climate isn't right and it never came up...

A friend who lived in Japan for several years told me that the way to tell a "good" Japanese restaurant is the one that serves shiso leaves with their sashimi, as shiso is a natural anti-bacterial...

I used to prefer root beer or cola mixed with milk. Taste-wise, I'd still recomend either one,  but health-wise, I woudln't.

My favorite pairing is grapefruit juice in green tea. It's a genoharmonic combo for me. The green tea is a diamond, and the grapefruit juce is only neutral by itself, but whole grapefruits are beneficial, and the combination is even better for me.

I like grapefruit juice or pineapple juice mixed with seltzer for a fizzy fruit juice drink.  All are diamonds for me.  I never tried those with green tea, Ruthie.  That sounds like a good iced tea drink for summer.  I'm going to try it.

That duck bok choi stir fry sounds great.  Duck is a black dot avoid for me, but turkey is a superfood.  I did one recently with leftover turkey, bok choi (yum, and diamond), fresh grated ginger (diamond) & other beneficial veggies.  It was fantastic.  I'd rather eat my own stir fries than go to any fine restaurant.  Except for the cleaning up and prep work.  

Asparagus, sardines, tomatoes, lettuce are all diamond superfoods for me.  I make a salad "nicoise" style from cold blanched asparagus, sardines, lettuce, tomatoes and a lemon juice/olive oil vinaigrette.  It is really good, and 100% superfoods & diamonds.  My favorite lunch.  No olives, though, those are avoids.

Lloyd.....the best duck I ever had was slow roasted in butter...in the Dordogne region of France. It was a slightly crispy leg with juicy meat and what aroma!
San J..... It was neither fatty nor greasy... just divine!

Dessert;   Split a Date, take the seed out and stuff with a walnut   = double Diamond

White wine (nutral) with a little pure cranberry juice (diamond). =  GH (geno harmonic combo)

Funny how I find myself unearthing this thread today, under the same influence as the one that induced it to begin with: Lunching on lamb in a (minty) yogurty sauce. I think it's my favorite combo.

I particularly like the textural interplay of the seekh kabab (ground tandoori lamb) and the raita (yogurt/vegetable) sauce when wrapped in a piece of naan (bread), the latter getting soggy from the sauce, and when I add fresh vegetables such as lettuce and cucumber to the sandwich. I add some jalapeno-mint chutney to the yogurt for the hot/cool thing, too.

Indian Taco.

I had parmesan last night, had some stomach pain.  It goes good with nuts though.  I would add venison deer jerky for the perfect meal.

For a snack, pecans with maple syrup drizzled on top, and dusted with sea salt & carob powder.  I eat it with a spoon.  All are SWAMI diamonds for me, if you can imagine that.


My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.

cranberry juice, hazelnut oil, horseradish, sesame seeds used over a salad with watercress, squash, pak choi. ( I have several veggie choices, which hazelnut and cranberry can be used with in mygeno harmonic foods)  All I really need to to drink cranberry juice with most of my bene, list and I'm good.l

Bananas and blueberries are bennies for me, so I have them in a smoothie every morning.  That is pretty boring compared to most of your combos
