I'm always looking for easy dressings, spices, marinades, etc. to perk up the basics.
I'm an A and I do eat a fair amount of chicken and turkey along with veggies. Now alot of sauces and spices really work but if you're not in the mood to oven bake (especially during the hot summer months) this 3 ingredient dressing can give alot of flavor to poultry and alot of greens (broccoli, spinanch, salad greens, etc.)
The ingredients are: sesame seed oil, soy or tamari sauce, and honey. For A Secretor's these are all neutrals.
Tonight I had it with cold chicken breast pieces and a salad. I mixed it in a small bowl and dipped the chicken pieces in it.
The honey was first, then sesame seed oil and then tamari. The mix I got was a little sweet, with a hint of sesame oil and tempered with tamarai sauce. That spells Asian.
Did you use the "toasted" sesame oil? That's where you get that "asian" flavor, but you have to use it very sparingly. Also, I'd amend the post to specify "toasted sesame oil" if that's what you use. The dressing sounds good.
