It's one of those "unlisted" foods, where we need to use some logic to decide if it's an appropriate choice or not. Since grapes are OK for Os, and most green leaves are OK for Os, I would deduct that grape leaves themselves are perfectly fine.
A bigger concern would be what the grape leaves are stuffed with. Usually rice, spices, and vinegar, right? Vinegar is an avoid for Os, but it's up to you how careful you want to be with that when dining out. |
