While trying to make farmer's cheese, I made quark instead.

What can I do with it?

I was in a cooking class age 12 or so.. we where supposed to add tomatoe paste to it and add to a piece of bread.. I had missunderstood.. haha.. and added sugar instead.. I had the prizewinning sandwich..

it eats like yogurt.. it's a little softer then farmer and thicker then yougurt..

I would add it to curry rice, or add it to meat sauce, or tomatoe sauce, to fruit or anything ..

how did you make it?.. you are fab..  most of all what kind of milk did you use>> ?

I've read it can be used like ricotta.  I think I would make cheesecake, but I have a sweet tooth.

I just read, mixed with berries, also read can make a cheese cake out of it.  Also on baked potato (sweet potato for us)  and spread on bread.

Does mention drain water, before using.  So I'm wondering, if it needs stored with water on it until use.
