I've never seen dandilion greens in the store. I have eaten a few fresh from my backyard (which kind of freaked my kids out, watching me pluck stuff from the ground and put it in my mouth) though.

In general, adding salt helps to neutralize the bitter taste- IMO, that works even better than adding sugar (or cooking with naturally sweet things.)
