We are very, very fortunate to have a raw milk dairy just down the road from my workplace. Mr. Moyer sells gorgeous pure sweet milk. I plan to buy a gallon or two (and a thermometer) to make my own mozzarella this weekend. Homemade mozzarella and paneer--how fabulous is that!
