What are you all doing with the Whey left over from making cottage cheese?
Is it different then Whey protein powder?

before I started the BTD, I used the left-over whey to help ferment my raw vegetables.

perhaps us gatherers can use the left over whey from our paneer to ferment raw veggies and prepare our smoothies, after the 3 to 6 month period?
