Anyone tried making this?
I have been looking at the foods that are specific for my type.
Kefir is one of those foods so I suspect it is superior for my type then some of the other things on my list.
So I would like to try and make it myself.

I looked on ebay and they sell kefir starter, it costs about $9.00 with shipping.
Think I will buy it. Once I have some I would be willing to share the starter, for shipping costs.
I'll let you know.

I used kefir for several years, then got lazy because I was doing so many types of cultured food that I could not keep up.  Now since starting the BTD, I see that it is not good for my blood type.  To bad, I no longer have any milk kefir grains, but I still have the water grains which are very delicious.

Was I unclear? I guess by your smilies I was so..

The foods on my GT5 list are yogurt, farmers cheese, paneer I am sure you know the rest.
When I look up kefir I find a whole host of cultures that it has that the other  dairy products don't have.  Not a diamond food but  if I must chose one for my weekly ration. I think that kefir loaded with cultures and yummy would make a superior choice.
In addition I have those white lines on my fingerprints so  my gut lining needs some healing. All those good bacteria roaming around in my colon kind of makes me happy.
So I have been looking at the foods on my  Super list and chosing them based on my personal health.
Does that make it clearer?
It almost seems natural to me to do this.
