Get some stew meat and cut it down even further to 1/2 inch chunks.  Stir fry until good and brown in olive oil, garlic, onions.  (add Sea Salt if desired).

Add 1 shreaded zucchini.  Cook down.

Add 2 bunches of Swiss Chard tore down ahead of time into small pieces.  Cook until just soft.

Warm some Sprouted Grain (Eziekel), tortilla's and add mixture, topping with (and here's the great part), crushed pineapple.

Roll up and get ready for a taste explosion!  Delicious!

I love putting together stuff that you look forward to eating that is medicine for the body!

Haven't posted it yet... but I should and will.  What was so wonderful for me was that I had been using a Chipotle sauce (compliant), and I thought... why don't I just try some pineapple?  And whoa!  What a wonderful taste bud experience!

HAAA I sound kind of loony about it... but it was so good!

Yes I've had that fresh pineapple Salsa... used to get it at WF in San Diego.  Yummm!

It's Bronco Bob's Roasted Mango  Chipotle Sauce and they have Raspberry and Apricot as well.

Ingredients:

Mangos, Sugar, Apple Cider vinegar, Jalapeno Peppers, Garlic Powder, Salt, Chipolte Peppers, Natural Mesquite Smoke Flavor (this ingredient might be questionable).

It's so potent that you only need one or two tablespoons at most!

Whole Fooooooooooooooooooooooooods!  My kingdom for a WF!  I was pining anew for a WF this past week, as I'm afraid I've gone off the rails and I always think somehow if there were a WF here that wouldn't happen.  ...Yeah, right, keep telling yourself that, twistaroo.

My husband's favorite topping for ground lamb is fresh pineapple chunks.  With garlic salt.  Who'da thunkit?
