Do you have a food-processor ?
I skin almonds- ( can┤t get skinned almonds here) - and process in food processor until fine meal.
I have to do it with lots of breaks or the almonds gets too hot and starts to separate fat/oil out of the meal.

I buy bags of sliced blanched almonds at Costco and the process them in a food processor till they are finely ground. Starting out with sliced almonds the food processor doesn't have to work so hard and in no time the whole bag is done.

Thanks guys!

I wondered if I could just use my processor, or if I had to have a special milling stone or something. This is great!

Thanks!
