My kids loved it. DH is not home yet but he will love it too.
I left the parmesan cheese and sundried tomatoes out.Wasn't sure about the parmesan for A's. The tomatoes I knew they couldn't have. It is also gluton free!!
I didn''t even taste it.
Poor me had to eat beef .
Tomorrow Zucchini based white pizza for them and Maybe a cube steak for me with veggies.

If you can't get it this way I will post it. But this has great pictures for steps as you make it.

The Zucchini one is off the Book of Yum site.

These are gluten free recipes. I know I have to change out the tomato sauce for us. Maybe make it a white pizza.
I will grate up the zucchini some yellow squash and egg and cook this as a  Latke type thingy for my dinner. A's and O happy .

My Dh who eats whatever he chooses had me pack a lunch for him. He got leftover Frittata and all other A foods . At least I know he had an A lunch. This holds it's pie shape and does not ooze apart. I made it in my WOK type pan that goes in the oven. Flipped it out onto a plate.
