I made these yesterday and used fresh garlic and curry to season.  Found the pattties to be very wet even after adding lots more flour.  Not sure if that is how they are suppose to be.    Either way, cooked them and the were very delish.

Will definitely make again!

This recipe calls for two eggs.  Next time I'll just use one and see if that makes a difference.

Yep I tried 2 eggs and it was just too wet and fell apart. And I just ended frying every thing up in a pan. If you want the individual patties I would go with 1 egg and I put arrowroot powder too, just to thicken it up.

Good idea about the arrowroot . . . will try that next time.
