What is the best sweetener for A nonnies? I have found my self using too much stevia and think it might be better for me to give it up. Im not sure its really good for me, I might be an A2 but haven't gotten tested. And I want a sweetener that is better for me and not quite so sweet but just satisfying enough. I have purchased veggie glycerin a while ago but was nervious about using it internally. What do you think?

Hi Jamie, use your glycerin up to three or four teaspoons a day; a lot of people do it for tea and coffee.
I do not know anything on baking with glycerinan I drink my green tea without sugar or sweetener.
I use honey and blackstrap molass with youghurt, ricotta and quark, that's allowed also for nonnies in typebase.

best wishes Maria Giovanna
