Hi,
I was looking for some apple recipes and came across this one "Baked Apple and Carrot Casserole" under the O's. Now I would like to make it but in the ingredients it lists 1 cup lemon juice and in the instructions it says orange juice. Can anyone tell me which it is? Taste wise Lemon and Orange juice are quiet different!

That's an easy one...The only bloodtype that should eat oranges or orange juice is B ( I live with 5 of them!!!) It is an avoid for all other bloodtypes. Lemon is a neutral for you.
ENJOY AND PUCKER UP....

Another suggestion (thanks Don) is to substitute pineapple juice with a little lemon juice for tartness, for the orange juice.

Yup, and for us non-secreters...delete the brown sugar and then the pinapple would work better.

Now, if you don't mind drinking commercial juices with citric acid, I have found that a combination of Rio Red Grapefruit juice (sunrype) and Tropicana Tropics ?? (they have one flavour that has NO orange juice in it, I think it's mostly mango and carrot- check the ingredient list) tastes just like OJ. Waaaaay more so than the suggested pineapple/lemon combo. Plus it's still orange. I'd give that a try if you want an orange flavour in your recipe.
