Expluntherer... It means I'm just an O

Next month, when I have some disposable income, I plan to explore many of the ethnic stores around my city. I've heard of rice flour egg roll wraps, and I know many imported sauces aren't laden with flour or corn derivatives- it's not the right time of year now, but I've even heard that corn free marshmallows (kosher parve (sp?)) exist.

So my question is- what should I look for? Does anyone have anything they've found in an ethnic food store that they just love or that made BTD more convenient/easier (the work is worth is, but making things from scratch is still work!)?

(obviously, I'm kinda looking for O compliant things)

Thanks in advance!
