I have a Pumpkin-Tofu pie recipe which I have never made.
If I use Ghee for the crust, how much for one crust?

When I substitute ghee for butter I use 80 % of the ammount + a few spoonfulls water or ricemilk
Like 150 grams butter is 120 grams ghee and 1-2 tbl liquid

Please let us know the amount of ghee you decide to use for the crust and how your recipe fared; this information may be helpful to others.

Good luck with the new recipe, ruthie.  The tofu and pumpkin combination sounds very beneficial for blood type A's.
