When I substitute ghee for butter I use 80 % of the ammount + a few spoonfulls water or ricemilk Like 150 grams butter is 120 grams ghee and 1-2 tbl liquid

Please let us know the amount of ghee you decide to use for the crust and how your recipe fared; this information may be helpful to others. Good luck with the new recipe, ruthie. The tofu and pumpkin combination sounds very beneficial for blood type A's. Alia
