I recently made my own jelly for my almond butter by boiling organic figs, prunes and apricots until very soft. Then, I mash it very well with a fork & let it cool. I spread it on anything that I want jelly on. I like it. Perhaps you will too. |

I just do not boil the dried fruit....I simply soak them in green tea during the night. next morning, just blend with the handmixer. voila! |

IB...I make small batches so it doesn't last very long...just enough for a few days at a time. I've never kept it longer than that. |
