I concocted this veggie dip and made it up a few times to rave reviews (and everyone asking me for the recipe).
So, hope you try it, it is really good (the measurements are pretty right on, except for the lemon juice . . . I add it to taste . . . maybe up to 1/4 cup or a little less; sometimes I add a bit more Bragg and Miso - it depends really).
2/3 cup soy mayonaisse 2 tblsp. dark miso 2 tsp Bragg Liquid Soy 2 small garlic (minced) 1/4 tsp. minced red onion (green would be good too, I'm sure) 2 tsp. curry powder lemon juice (see above)
