i just invented this great new salad for type b's!
all you need to do is
in a medium sized personal salad bowl
mix olive oil and vinger with fresh lemon/lime juice and salt to form a vinagrette
then add prepackaged coleslaw mix(cabbage/red cabbage/carrot) and stir it all around so the cabbage/carrot is covered with vinegrette.
lastly, for added kick add a handfun of chopped walnuts an a little bit of crushed feta cheese.
you get veggies, nuts and dairy all in one
