Hi all,
I had success in giving some tofu to my 74 years old picky A  mother in a smoothie with fruit juice (pineapple or apple), cranberry, blackcurrant  or elderberry jam and some powdered multivitamin and Polyflora. If some As cannot or won't eat tofu oin other recipes  this is a quick fix to be made with a mixer in two minutes. A teaspoon of organic grapeseed oil, ghee or rice bran oil can be a nice touch to this recipe.
This can be a frequent breakfast or snack for As.

That's great. I use silken tofu in my fruit smoothies too, it taste great and gives it a nice texture

When I want chocolate pudding, I put a box of silken tofu (soft) in the blender along with some veg gly or agave and some unsweetened cocoa powder. Yum!
