Anybody have one of these ( http://www.nuwaveoven.com), or one similar? I know Black and Decker has one and I was wondering how they cook, brand quality, etc. |

I'm pretty sure this one came into play in another thread about 'alternate' cooking appliances. Maybe someone else will know how to find it. Sorry. |

I have a Toastmaster Lighwave IR toaster oven and it's FRICKING sweet! That thing cooks to perfection... looks really cool with all the lights out too! |
| It's always better after the second iteration.

I remember that there was some question on the other thread about what material the container was made of. Heavy glass would be great. If it is a plastic, it may off-gas when exposed to heat.
Otherwise the concept sounds fantastic. |

i have one and we couldn't live without it it cooks everything from fresh to frozen to tv dinners to left over reheated it is wonderful half the time and the food is absolutly fresh and moist i even cooked steak when i was eating it and it tasted just like off the bbq tender and moist from frozen. mine is called the flavor wave and it sits on the counter ready to use it has a hard plastic lid no fear of damage from heat. |
