do you want to taste something superexcellente .... so here we gooooo 1/2 rabbit shnippled into pieces (or if you want even a whole rabbit) roast it in a pan until it is brown from all sides of course with olive oil or ghee 3 big oinions shnippled in bigger pieces and add 5-8 garliccloves add them to the rabbit cook it together until cloves and oinions are a bit brownish then add a bit of veggiebouillon and cook it for ca. 30 minutes. then add some dried cranberries ,in slices shnippled apples, go for spices like gingerpowder, kardamom & corianderpowder, some currypowder and seasalt and some herbes de provence. Cook em all together for some 20-30 minutes; during this time please take some chicorés outta the fridge and shnipple em into half sides and cook them also in a veggiebouillon until done, ca. 10-15 minutes then please add some tomatoepurré or tomates concassés into the rabbitstew. Cook for some 10 minutes more ( cookingtime 60 to 85 minutes) Now comes the best of the best of all ...please add some applevinegar & myrtillesjus (special vinegar) to give a little sour taste...... eat all together & the chicorés folks....just a w e s o m e have a fine sunday |

...hey, you first!
PS If I visit first we must go out to an expensive retsaurant and behave like the 'rats' as you put it. Our most Childish behaviour in the most pompous establishment you recommend for us. Let's puncture the inflated gastro reputations of the olde world...hehehe |
