This is for Lisalea

Mangochutney was really just a store bought thing- ok for B´s.
But it is easy to make yourself:
mango (cubed)- cooked with grated ginger- maybe chili- sugar- and add a bit cider vinegar to taste.
I would use about 250 grams mango cubes to 125 grams sugar.
Theese onion/garlic frittes are really a poor mans pakora ( snack)
normally it would be made with chickpeaflour
- but a combo of rice and wholegrain spelt is fine.
30 grams fine riceflour
60 grams fine wholegrain speltflor
1 tsp cummin
1 tsp coriandeseed
1 tbl melted ghee
1-2 small mild green chilis fine chopped
2 cloved gralic finechopped
1 medium onion fine chopped
a bit of salt
4-6 tbl realy cold water
dough should be firm-so you can make tiny balls( small cherrysize)
fry in ghee or oil- to golden brown-
drain- give it another fry just before you eat.
cucumber salad
grate 2 cucumbers - press water out- mix with enough fat greek style yoghurt- fresh mint - salt and pepper is nice.
Mango mousse
2 mangoes blended - add a bit of yoghurt ( 1/2 cup) maybe a bit of sweetener but it is really not neccersary- fold in 1/2 cup whipped cream - put into small bowls and refrigerate untill very cold-
Ah it is good to be a B

Well normally I would have made some meat/fish or egg dish as well as a veggie/ rice dish- but I came home late and my fish was bad
- so that is why it was just snacks......not healthy but good on a cold day
