Welcome Spring with Quinoa Primavera

New in Personalized Living Webzine:

Quoted Text
It’s spring…and a cook’s thoughts turn to fresh, early vegetables.

Spring’s most famous dish, Pasta Primavera (primavera means spring in Italian) gets lightened up and compliant with classic vegetables and good –for-all-types quinoa. Bon Appetit!

Made this for dinner today and we both loved it. I used shrimp and next time I won't put as much fennel seed, it was a bit overpowering and taking over the other flavours. Definitely a good recipe. I did not have cheese and that would have been great, I have a cold so avoiding cheese.
