Right on. I used to be a regular juice drinker until I picked up a juicer cheap in a thrift store and started to use it. I had never realized how much of the fruit or vegetable is 'gone' once you juice it. I think anyone who figures that drinking juice is the eqivalent of the fresh product should take a close second look.

Eat your fruit whole and drink your veggies .. is the reccommended way of life..


Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

We just 2-3 times a week with veggies and fruits adding protein powders and pumpkin butter and flax seeds and all healthy things...

The juice ideas look very good, thankyou. I do have to watch my raw juicing and fruits for now though due to a weakening/yin effect; but who knows, one day this may change and I will be able to do juicing without any reactions and with just positive effects. The body may still need healing/cleansing, I know raw juicing/smoothies usually should and do work well.
