even though it is not the same fish but i kind of think that here is a right place to ask about tuna..
it happens that my Swami told me that Yellowfin and Skipjack are superfoods, while Bluefin is Avoid-as-hell!!!
please, could you tell me if is it possible or maybe i made a mistake?
thank you

Bluefin is the largest variety of Tuna. This means that it has had longest time to accumulate mercury. You should only eat bluefin if you want to maximize your exposure to mercury.

This has nothing to do with the rating. But bluefin tuna has been severally overfished to extent that it is difficult for it to reproduce in the wild.  So if you care about the health of the ocean you should find another type of fish to eat.

MMMMM!!!!!
Lemon, ginger and salmon!!!! Three favorite foods!!!
I eat alot of salmon and have actually eaten it this way. Love variety but my go-to fave is grilled salmon with Cajun seasoning! It is like hot candy!
