I was interested in the blood type diet many years ago and only incorporated a few parts for a few months and then was distracted and did not continue. I’ve been slightly overweight for many years, with up and down bouts in weight control and energy levels, etc., indigestion, acid reflux, joint pain, back pain, colds and sinus infections a few times a year, low or fluctuating energy levels; but no major health issues. I should add that I had tried to eat more healthy in recent years, by avoiding fried foods or high fat foods and fast foods; but I didn’t see a lot of changes, and in fact I slowly gained weight. I would try to get my weight down to about 180-185. but it always crept up to 190-195. And it didn’t seem to matter what I ate under the previous diet regime, I couldn’t control my weight or quicken my metabolism without exercise.
