yiiikes and I was thinking weew...some new supps/infos  to come along... but neither nor fitted ...

when might we get a yummiciolous certitude of BTD/ or GTD infos here Coz sorry, if you want to commit a difference of both... why not giving adequate infos

I'll give ya some glimpses ... black cohosh for me... is justamente nada... some healing mushies did the trick instead... the mix of aminos'...some yummy herbs and some *not explicable* ingredients did the true trick for me furthermore..., incl. the education of the difference to get to know between : adrenal fatigue and menopausal symptoms...

ok... sorry your indicator was merely bt @ profiles. related.... but also here  soy product recommed. are simply ...sluggish
for my metabolisme...
sorry..sorry I know we do need a special care ... better to point out for
better and individualized products then  sitting onto our mouths ...
thanx for listening ......

Have to agree, my wife's (horrible) symptoms have nearly vanished by addressing adrenal fatigue as you recommended    along with FemBalance and Detoxical. It took about 6 months, again just as you predicted.

Thank you from both of us!

the time it needs to come along for detection and the time it needs to vanish ...
and remember O's and some AB's share a similar outcome: catecholamines ...and stress responses... ..

Interesting; I've been in menopause for 4-5 years and have experienced very little "symptoms". But...I naturally follow the article's recommendations for diet and stress.

Let go of resistance; feel appreciation for what is, and eagerness for what is coming.
