Blood Type or GenoType? What’s Right For You?

New in Personalized Living Webzine:

When your energy is low, a handful of trail mix will perk you up. A delicious blend of nuts (protein) and dried fruit (carbs), it’s the perfect balance of sweet and salty. Here at D’Adamo Personalized Nutrition, we’ve developed our own blend that’s crazy-easy to make and disappears from the break room faster than we can mix it up! Plus it’s right for all types so it’s a great take-along on family trips.

Ha ha.. I got a 'to close to call' answer!   And then I changed a few answers that I wasn't sure of to the other way around and got Geno Type!   So I'm good where I am.

If you are using SWAMI you do not need this survey since SWAMI decides how heavily to weight GenoType and Blood Type rating.

Note: The survey is comparing the standard blood type diet and not the diets found in the Health Series books.

If a person has a strong health concern in an area, the health series book for the area will be a more targeted approach to bring healing in that particular area. The Eat Right for Your Type and GenoType diets are more general and not focused on a single health condition.

Taking that test plus reading the Genotype book (and not finding a fit anywhere) is what convinced me I needed to do the SWAMI Xpress.  I am very happy I did.

6 years on ER BTD, went from sick and dying to healthier And 30 pounds slimmer.

Dec 2013: Started Swami Xpress - I'm 48% Explorer with hybridized Explorer/BTD list. A new adventure for this old lady!  -- LOST 5 more pounds on SWAMI!

For the vast majority of people.

For some of the people who do not realize improvement on SWAMI it is probably bad data on the input.

For some is not following it closely or making illogical food choices in categories.

There are people who have found that Blood Type Diet works better for them.

SWAMI will try to address all the concerns you have mentioned or your health profile identifies a risk for.

The Health series books are focused on treating a particular concern. They may work better for some that need to focus on that condition.

With some effort people can probably accomplish the same in SWAMI Xpress, but that may involve more tweaking than many would be able to figure out.

There are a lot more options in SWAMI GenoType (used by professionals) to tailor a diet specific to a persons need, these can yield better results than SWAMI Xpress.

Well I can't wait to raise up enough money to go to the practitioner near me!!! She's only 3 hours away and then we can work by phone and email after the initial appt.  Yay!
