Thanks, C_Sharp, I think this will also work after we have been around people who are not well. I just "dosed up!"

“Get some fresh air! Bundle up and go outside for a walk. You’ll get your blood circulating, your muscles pumping and the clean, crisp air will revive you.”

Ugh I’ll have to wait on that one Dr. D.  After 2 days of snow we’re experiencing below zero temperatures.  The longest distance I plan to walk this week is from the parking lot to the building.

I remember searching for fig powder many years ago and had no luck locating it. Importers generally sell in large batch quantities to wholesalers who sell to the food industry...and not to the general public.  Fig powder was listed in a BT protocol.  Impossible to find.

Curious why using prune powder might be any different from drinking prune juice or eating organic stewed prunes. With plenty of water added to prunes, what's wrong with putting into a blender or food processor and then drinking it?   The prune powder would have to be rehydrated
anyway,in order to ingest it.

Maybe a Plan B would work just as well.  I generally cook down figs and make a fig puree. You
could do the same with prunes.

Taylorbrothersfarms has a page for retail sales....it's not the same page as where they list
fruit powders.  That's the problem....the type of products we're trying to purchase are generally
sold wholesale.  I will email them to see if they sell fig (or prune powder) to the public....but
thinking they have two parts to their business and your link was likely the wholesale offerings.... this would be their retail sales page.  I don't see fruit powders....just packaged foods.

PS....just emailed taylorfarms to ask if they will sell small quantities of fig/prune powder to the public.  I
explained that I (and many others I'm inquiring for) follow diets that suggest we use these fruit powders...
so when someone gets back to me, I'll share their reply.
