This is the type of meal I love to eat and cook.  I would add several spices to ours, and mushrooms!

I really like seeing how one dish can be adjusted to the different types. It truly helps when need a common dish for two or more types at a time.

I can swear I see in the photo pieces of pumpkin, diced white potatoes, chick peas, and basil leaves - a couscous soup maybe

yep, me too, all are good on the 0BTD. Although the bright orange might be carrots, and what look like white potatoes could be the new (for the US) Japanese sweet potatoes.  The Chick peas could be little baby garlic.  That would make the list complete except for the basil or spinach leaves. That might have been for garnishment?  Still love this type of dish and would end up putting whatever I've got in the refrigerator in mine. lol

My presumption is that a stock photo was used for the article and the photo is not a soup made from any of the recipes given.
