The Tapout XT training is excellent to get fit and build muscle, can do by dvd right at home. Get prepared to sweat!
Also lots of blended/extracted meals, ie green drinks, green smoothies and other blended smoothies, make sure you have a good blender like 'nutri bullet' - nutrients get into cells very well. Green for healing!
