I used to have a lot of problems with insomnia, too. I've also found that it isn't just eating too many avoids that causes insomnia, but eating anything within a couple hours before I go to sleep is also a big no-no. Even nibbling on compliant foods after 8 P.M. is generally a big mistake. It's amazing how the body's natural biorhythms adjust themselves when you consistently and properly nourish it.
