My SWAMI lists cabbage juice and beet juices as beneficial..... is it okay
to drink both as fermented versions?  Sauerkraut juice and beet kvass.

Has anyone tried making their own using Polyflora?  Or do you use
commercially available starter cultures?

Great, thanks....because both juices taste so much better to me when fermented...

So can you answer my question about whether I need to use a fermentation starter? Polyflora?  Is it necessary to have a starter or does lactic acid just naturally form from the juiced veggies?
