Under the "AVOIDS" section created by SWAMI in the "CONDIMENTS" section, it says to avoid: "...Soy . Miso . Mustard, with Vinegar and Wheat . Pickle relish..."

Does this mean to avoid mustard completely?  Or only mustard with vinegar and wheat in it?  What about mustard with only vinegar, but no wheat?

I ask since Wheat is on the avoid list, but vinegar is not.  Also, what about pickle relish needs to be avoided?  Cucumbers are not on my avoid list.  Is it just a filler commonly found in this type of condiment?

I'm also instructed to avoid Worcestershire Sauce.  Which ingredients in it are the issue?

I'm a GT6 Nomad B+ Non-Secretor

Thank you!

Since I cannot have wheat or vinegar I avoid any mustard with wheat or any mustard with vinegar.

Since you are allowed vinegar, you can probably have mustard as long as it is wheat free.

With pickles it may be the pickling process rather than the ingredients.

Since I do not have access to your SWAMI, I cannot say.

You need to look at your avoids yourself.

For most people Worcestershire sauce is an avoid because it contains vinegar.

Common Ingredients to Worcestershire sauce:

vinegar (Cheap white vinegar if you are buying the product in the US), molasses, sugar, anchovies, water, onions, salt, garlic, tamarind concentrate, cloves, natural flavourings and chili pepper extract

Sugar is an avoid for many nonsecretors.

Rather than focusing on what you cannot have, focus on what you can have...it's a whole new way to look at food.
