I'm sure this has been answered before:

I cannot seem to located the key the explains what the diamonds next to SWAMI superfoods means, and what the dots next to avoid foods means.

Diamonds - Superfoods that you should emphasize.

Black dots - Indicates foods that you should not eat during the washout period (60-90 days).  After that time black dots would rate better than an outright avoid, but worse than those items in your neutral list.

Superfoods marked with a diamond (◊) are great metabolic activators for Blood Group A Secretor Teachers and can enhance weight loss and muscle building if regularly consumed.
