Hello,

According to the Genetype diet book, natto is to avoid for explorer. Do you think I can take a pil of vitamin K2 extracted from natto without discomfort ?

Follow your blood type fbook or a while .. it will give you a much better Grounding, for later when you move on to specifics..

More important is the Reason why you think you Need on avoid.. ??????

The best way to determin to see just how a avoid affects you is to not have it for 4 days and then to take it and see if you will have any sort of reaction.. some break out, some can not sleep, some wake up tired, some get a headache, and still others just get on itch for a moment around the mouth/chin area, or get bathroom isssues.. we are all different but the body does tell within minutes if you just listen to it.

and keep reading the BTD book.. which one are you follwing for now?  Become familier by reading here also.. did you look up type base foods here, might give you more info..

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

For what it's worth, Dr. D'Adamo has recommended Lecithin for type B, even if it is derived from Soy, which is an avoid for us.
