If a food or beverage product is not listed*, you should look ate the rating of the individual ingredients. If any ingredient is an avoid the whole product is an avoid.

If a nut milk is made from avoid nuts it is an avoid.

You should try to find foods with a higher rating to make your milks from.

*I usually use the rating of ingredients, even when their is a rating for a composite food product.

I tried finding my genotype in the GenoType book but didn't fit anywhere - not even close.  So I decided to do SWAMI.

I am 48% Explorer and my personal SWAMI lists almonds and almond milk as neutral for my body.  Perhaps you should do a SWAMI.  It made a really big difference in my food list.  I feel much more confident of what I should and shouldn't eat and drink now.

6 years on ER BTD, went from sick and dying to healthier And 30 pounds slimmer.  THEN:
Dec 2013: Started Swami Xpress - I'm 48% Explorer with hybridized Explorer/BTD list. A new adventure for this old lady!  -- LOST 5 more pounds on SWAMI!

if almonds are a beneficial, and milk is an avoid.....
then one should revise the ingredient listing in the almond milk package

it is a matter of adapting your listing to the products you can find

if you ran a swami, maybe almonds would appear in another category....
