I was thinking a few days aago, how when I was aged about 29, and had my first endoscopy, and how the specialist (medical doctor) told me I had some inflammation in the small intestine, yet never suggestd what would be causing it, or who I should see to find out what to do about it. I was checked for celiac but test was negative.
What a shame, because if I had attended to it properly at that time, I think I would be in far better health than today, I just assumed most people had inflammation, the doctor did not make any fuss about it and seemed not even care.  I was so busy with work and other things in those days. I often wondered why I had such rough skin on my upper arms sicne I was very young, and I now know the small intestine meridian passes from the fingers up the arms (tcm philosphy), so giving me a clue that it is the small intestine which now needs some more attention.
anyway, I will continue on with the soups/bone broths, fish oils, cod liver oil, and dietary changes - plus the exercise, herb teas, and am looking forward to one day having a super healthy (or at least reasonably good) digestive system, & in turn feeling truly wonderful, with perhaps arms with smooth skin - arms that I have often hidden and felt very self-conscious of. I hope all doctors/gut specialists improve on their communication skills after people have signs of inflammation.

Studying DPN and Dr. D's work and learnings is the most shortest (short)cut of all!!! And amazingly available. DPN is anti-inflammatory. Dr. D has been stiriving on this for decades.

Do you take Deflect O? My experience, it's just sensational. Believe it or not (I tell myself!), I feel just great when I take it as recommended, 2 caps 3 x daily. Period.

thanks for all comments, I do eat mushrooms sometimes, but they need to be well cooked in water or oil, as can be drying, depends on what is going on internally. I like mushrooms.
thanks for the comment about Deflect, no - I have not tried that one. I am glad it helps you, I still have not been able to access my inbox, so sorry, until I know how to do it, I am unable to reply to private messages, sorry about that, today am rushing, bye.

forgot to mention, that best to tackle the root cause of problems for permanent results, this can mean many changes, ie diet, lifestyle, more exercise, changing habits, etc etc.
