Just a day ago, I discovered if I combined my personal black dot - rice - with my beneficial beans, I got all bound up in 2 instances during 24 hours. So......even a vegan  could get bound up despite other veggie fiber. Constipation is an indication of the body rejecting one of the foods a person consumes, if it is not an issue of dehydration or lubrication of the gut. Or maybe --  our pounds of gut bugs are attracted to it and bind us up ......????

Brown rice speeds  things up for me, but white rice is like cement!  I find it hard to believe that in our suppposedly enlightened educated country, I didn't know about brown rice till I was in my 20s!
Beans don't work that well for me, but with brown rice, they do. (Since beans absorb toxins, maybe they were sitting there absorbing toxins from my intestines, not moving too fast!)

Did you eat white or brown rice?  I do believe that even some fiber foods may not work for some people. We are all so individual!

Brown, popped and formed into cakes   . I never even go around wanting rice, and I'm glad.
