I am a warrior and have hypothyroidism. brussel sprouts, couliflour, peaches, strawberries etc...are superfoods for us but are they for me?? My hormones are supposed to be regulated but because I also have fibromyalgia i still get symptoms like IBS and Chronic fatigue. Should I still eat them? maybe I can eat them in moderation, how often is that? thanks
