I have followed the A blood type for years and now that i have found out that I am a warrior I am very confused about foods that always avoided such as butter, buttermilk or wholemeal wheat.

I've seen recipes for warriors on this website which contain butter and buttermilk. In the book it says wholemeal wheat is a superfood.

I still don't feel comfortable eating these foods even though I'd love to add them to my diet. Is any warrior here eating them and having good results from it. I've just got myself butter from whey cream since i have whey protein thought would be a good source of protein. Any advice about this? Should i really go for it? I've got IBS because i've I suffer from fibromyalgia and I don't want to get a flare up. Thank you

I suggest you try ghee before you add in butter...I don't like butter, and it's not allowed on my personal SWAMI (even though I'm a warrior), but I do get ghee, which I make myself, and I love it in place of butter...

It is not my responsibility to convince anyone of anything.

I am a Warrior and butter is not on my bene list. I use Ghee instead.

Wheat is neutral I find that the more refined wheat is fine like white bread but have not eaten whole wheat in years-- and years prefer spelt.

A's some how bind up the badness in the wheat making it not so bad. We have an enzyme that sort of disarms it- I would have to find the exact quote from Dr. D on it--

So as a general rule A's can have some wheat.
