Thanks very much.
I have a question about yeast, nutritional and bakers yeast is permitted as part of the Teachers it plan. I could only find this one in the supermarket, is it the right one (nutritional yeast) ? http://www.allinsonflour.co.uk/products/dried-active-yeast.html

Hi Sunnyside and Chrissy! Hope you two are braving our SoCal heat wave ok!

Do any of you Teachers have grapes as neutral or superfoods? Just curious if my swami made them avoid due to environmental sensitivities?
I have a small( 7 large base vines with numerous really long branches full of grapes)
vineyard next to my garden and really love these grapes!

No, this is yeast for baking bread...used as a leavening agent so bread will rise.  The container
says it can't be used in a bread machine but if you were baking bread, this is the product to use.

Nutritional yeast is different.  And you might have to find this online or a health food store.
Here's something to read.

And here are some manufacturers of nutritional yeast.

This is interesting.  On the SWAMIx I did myself, grapes are a neutral.  On my professional SWAMI
done at the clinic, grapes are a toxin.  So is grapeseed oil.   Do not understand why...could
be environmental sensitivities....but can't say for sure.  Are grapes moldy?  Grape juice is a neutral, raisins are a toxin.

How is grape juice rated for you cajun?

Teacher's reunion would be nice......if I didn't live 3,000+ miles away.

BTW, yogurt is beneficial, kefir black dot, grapes and raisins black dot.

Do you mean AMLA and not ALMA?

AMLA is one of the ingredients included in my triphala formula.  I take that regularly.

Also I have gooseberry listed on my SWMI as a beneficial fruit.

Hi Chloe, you are right it is AMLA.

Indian grocery here carries it in powder and frozen.
I am excited to try it.
Thank you.

cajun - I'm in for an autumn reunion
Grapes are avoid for me as well, but I also ticked "environmental sensitivities" - but more inportantly, red wine is a bennie - so I can do without the grapes!
