Does anyone know if Balsamic Vinegar is ok for explorers? i see it says some vinegars are avoids but balsamic and apple cider are not mentioned would that make them neutral?

I don't know what all types of vinegar were tested for The Genotype Diet.  It looks like the Explorer diet is the only one that doesn't exclude "All Vinegar", so I assume there is/are some vinegar(s) that are Neutral for them, but I don't know which.

My vinegar history:  BTD - All vinegar neutral. Explorer - Umeboshi Plum, Vinegar & Vinegar, red wine were black dots. Vinegar, white was total avoid.  Swami full - Vinegar, all types •; Umeboshi Plum total.  Swami Express - Vinegar, all types total avoid.

Thank you, i think i will try just avoinding all vinegars for now and see if what I notice..

use lemon juice
