I recently attempted the explorer detox. I did the applejuice all day (many trips to pee) and tried to eat light foods but maybe not as light as I should have. I took the olive oil and lemon juice then made the castor oil pack and put a hot water bottle on it for an hour. I felt funny, kind of sick but I read that's normal. I'm wondering if I should have done the heating pad all night (which I'm scared of). The reason why is the next morning I couldn't have a BM. Lately I've been having them once a day. Once I did have one, I didn't see any green blobs. Did I not do something right or did I just not need the cleanse? One more question. Before this diet I used to have very large BMs. This seemed very healthy to me since I had no trouble. Now they are very small. Maybe I'm absorbing more nutrients. Has anyone elses habits changed like that? |

Are you eating enough?
It sound's like your ph (digestive speed) could be off. Are you eating more meat and not enough veg?
More fiber seems important.
Sounds like you may not had enough in there to carry things out.
Chia and flax are nice fiber sources.
I also wonder about magnesium. There is another thread on here about magnesium and how 80% are deficient. |

I'm also a fan of (blonde) flax and chia, both freshly ground. And ARA6. These help to gently bulk the stools and make for good healthy bm's. |
