Does anyone know if Chlorella & Spirulina are okay for Type B? I could not find it listed which would seem to indicate them as Neutral, but I hope they are not Avoids, due Searches gave so many health benefits. Does anyone know for sure? Much appreciated. |

I could find no mention of chlorella or spirolina in Dr. D's books, assume they'd be Neutral but anyone know if that's right? I'd hate to be taking an Avoid! 'Green eggs' & turkey is a usual breakfast! I don't cook the eggs with it, just sprinkle a bit on top. I am thought to have MS, was declining real fast last January with Speech, Vision & Balance issues. Found the BT Diet in April, started it and saw in May that the GenoType Diet was better..So switched, concentrating on Nomad superfoods and was seeing progress, but slowly. Then I saw reports about Chlorella & Spirolina being good for so many things, so got some and started taking, noticed I felt better the next day. That was 5 days ago. Balance is way better, Speech clearer, and eyes not wanting to unfocus all the time. But does anyone know if it's listed anywhere in the doc's books? Believe I have all of them even the food lists as my husband is Type O (Hunter) and a very good friend Type A! (Haven't Genotyped her yet). But any sign of Chlorella & Spirolina? Help! |

Chlorella and Spirulina are considered supplements. Most of the books are focused on foods instead of supplements. The Blood Type Encyclopedia is the book with the most coverage of dietary supplements. It mentions Chlorella. Chlorella is recommended for Bs as an immune modulator because of its antiviral properties. http://www.4yourtype.com/prodinfo.asp?number=ED004 |

This is wonderful that you are seeing these results!! I think if I were getting this kind of response from something, I wouldn't worry too much about whether it was on a "list" or not!! These two certainly work for me, and for others I have told about it!! Magic!! |

OK, I saw that Harmonia Deluxe contained chlorella and was suitable for all Types, so I will continue taking it, especially as I'm 'seeing' such good results. Now got to get my eyes checked, as Vision had improved from a year ago and I have no idea what it's doing now, just know that the prescription eyeglasses are now too strong. Thanks, all |

I’ve taken Chlorella, spirolina and other algae as does my son. I’ve only seen positive benefits from them, no negative side effects. Same with my son. |
