Hello fellow GTDieters,

Please advice on this one:

Is there a way to objectively measure or at least estimate how well is GTD working on oneself? Besides just "feeling good".
Reading the GTD book made a LOT of sense to me, and I am all in with it, but I ask this because I was diagnosed as Teacher, but I am carnivore by nature, eating beef really makes me feel great. So I would like some kind of proof that this particular diet is working for me (Maybe I'm nor a teacher after all…)

It is possible that you mis-measured or that the number of measurements used in the book isn't adequate to provide an accurate determination of your Genotype.  My DD was Teacher by the book, but Explorer when we entered all of her data into SWAMiXpress.  She is much happier with the Explorer diet.  

If you have no illnesses that are getting cleared up, or any old injuries that heal in a visible / measurable manner, or weight loss needed, it will be hard for you to "measure" success in any way other than "feeling good".

You can obviously keep track of weight, measurements.

How much medication you use and/or how well it works.

Note symptoms like pain, grogginess, feeling satiated as examples.

The healthier you are now the less you will see and the slower you will see it, in general.

The fist two are obviously bad, but feeling satiated is a sign of good or bad result from the diet?

I do feel satiated all the time... to the point of force-feeding me all the time (I eat 5 times a day though, but before this diet I was hungrier).
