The Gatherer's supplements and Trehalose Complex are the first that come to my mind. Very strengthening, make me feel good and hopeful, in short, brighten the world. |

I would do SWAMI ahead of supplements.
I agree! It's a minute expense for a one-time expense with life-time results. To me it's the guide to strengthening the foundations of my home. |

Clear Cal, extra magnesium, food-based vitamin C, ARA6, Trehalose Complex, Polyflora. I take others as needed, but these are my stable ones.
I also encourage the SWAMI because it is the basis of individualized programming. |

I do not think I have a fav now at the moment ... they all are. I do keep them all handy in my BT magic chest and take them as I need them, from the warrior trio, through to every applicable protocol and more ... taking advice from this site and my SwamiX as needed ... |

for me personal the only 2 I really use money on ALL the time is magnsium and Cod liver oil In winter I top with d3 since I live in a dark place and summers are often unstable. I must admit that taking Vitex has eased some of my female symptoms and I also have a good probiotic ready for times when I am under lots of stress or don´t eat enough fermented food. But I prefer to get proper food rather than supplements |

I already have SWAMI and take my gatherer supplements... I do like taking a calcium supplement on top of my diet though, because I don't eat sardines everyday. |

I just stick with my SWAMI. Taking all those supplement pills really stressed me out. With the Teacher 3-pack, the Blood type A 4-pack, Cortigard, and Tranquility Base, I was having to take something like 28 pills a day. Add Trehalose Complex with all that bounding energy it gives, I was going insane. I just want to be healthy and feel relaxed. Now, I'm just following my SWAMI and reducing stress with a couple of Cortigard and Tranquility Base pills a day. Remember folks, we are individuals. |

I take the ER4YT polyvite, polyflora and calcium but instead of 2 pills 2 or 3 times a day, I take one of each. Just a little boost. I try to eat balanced foods for optimum nutrition. I add Helix, Quercetin, Collinsonia and Cortiguard on a weekly basis; Deflect when I need it. Favorite daily cap...just one a day...Proberry. I swear by that one! So, I usually have 4-6 caps a day. (I used to take fish oil caps but am eating fish about every other day so have stopped the caps for now.) |

I would definitely get ARA6. It has become indispensable. And Trehalose Complex is keeping my energy level up.
I just ordered Polyflora A and Genoma Security and also Polyvite multi-vitamins for As.
I do take flax seed oil every day.
