Mayflowers,
I can tolerate a little bit, once in a great while, but if I have real wheat more than once in a few days (which is very rare now) I feel so lazy and sometimes get a stomach ache.
Trial and error...live and learn!

Hi,
Yeah, wheat makes me tired, lazy and lethargic and it stalls my weight loss. This is mostly since M I'm having this reaction. I have much more energy when I don't eat it.  I'm down to one serving the past week. I noticed my skin looks a lot better, smoother, and less wrinkles when I don't eat it.
I'm going for no wheat this week. At the diner I had a fish sandwich, scrod and rye bread which are beneficials but I didn't feel great the next morning from the flour the fish was dipped into.
