Hello everyone,
Hi Goldie, now I think  I know what my Superfoods  and Diamond are.  I am happy and sad at the same time because I thought I had been eating well.  However,  some foods tune out Toxins that I am supposed to limit or avoid.
However…
Wow!!  Chai yo. Chai yo (Thai cheer)!  Yaaaaah!  Finally, I think I can eat papaya again. (I have been missing papaya for a long time since I read the Book called Eat Right for Your Type.  3 days ago I got the book, Genotype Diet Book.   All indications say that I am a GT3 Teacher but I didn’t check one thing called the PROP Taster Status.  For this I need to order a test kit.
In GonoType diet, papaya is a tune out Superfood  for me.  Also, Mangos.  I can eat Mango because it is a black dot for me which means I can eat after 6 months from now as long as I follow to eat food for the Teacher Diet for Genotype.

Many foods that I thought was good for me are actually toxins such as Watermelon, Celery, and Miso.   I eat these almost every day.  The foods that I know I should avoid but I can eat such as bell pepper and coconut oil, I heard have so much benefits but I’m scared to eat because Type A’s should avoid them.  But I do know it is a Diamond food for me ( Type A GT3 Teacher)

I would like to recommend the Genotype Diet Book to everyone who is interested so that you will learn even more.   I got mine used from Amazon.com so I didn’t have to pay a large amount.

http://www.dadamo.com/which_diet_is_right.htm

Here is an excerpt from page 183 of The Genotype Diet :
8. Try not to combine starches and proteins. Good food combining (eating meats with high-fiber vegetables and carbohydrates by themselves) demands on the immune cells that line the digestive tract. Decreasing the workload of the immune system in the gut increases its ability to function efficiently, which decreases inflammation. Don’t stress over it, but if the dinner plate looks like good food combining, smile and pat yourself on the back.

This one is kind of hard for me because I was taught to combine my foods ever since I was a child and I had been doing so up until now at 50 years old.

Lastly, I am concerned about Sauerkraut. The label says it has Vinegar in it.  According to the Genotype Diet Book, sauerkraut is a superfood.  But it is on the avoid list for Type A GT3 Teacher .  Can I still eat this?  The two books seem to tell me two different things.  Also, Cherry is a black dot but cherry juice is labeled a superfood for me.  Not sure why cherry juice would be a superfood but an actual cherry is a black dot (?.  Does anybody have any idea why this is?

The juice from jars seem like they are processed ( I guess they have preservatives).   I would prefer to eat natural but it is a lot of work to make the juice by myself.

The Genotype Diet is geared to silencing bad genes and increasing the volume of good genes, and this diet is tilted towards tackling diseases that have heavy genetic bearing. Though you have identified yourself as Teacher, there is no guarantee that this diet will work for you fully. Some people are better off with Blood Type Diet, other with GenoDiet and many with Swami Xpress Diet (this one includes a large spectrum of different individualized diets in between the two). I also felt the way you are feeling now when I first came to read this book: here I have the final answers! But our realities are different and if you can, buy a Swami Express tailored to your condition and its food recommendations could be different from the two diets! Please do not be shocked: the final version of the diet is the Swami Express (though I have not yet done due to lack of secretor status testing facility in my part of the world.

You'll want to find vinegar-free sauerkraut, or make your own. There is an extensive thread here about cultured vegetables you may find interesting.  Making your own sounds intimidating, but it's super easy

Many foods have different values than their juices. When you have a whole cherry, there are lots of compounds in it. Some are "good for you" and some are "bad for you." When you separate out the juice from the pulp, you remove some of the fiber and other compounds. In some cases, this makes the juice less healthy than the whole food, if "good things" were removed. In other cases, juicing removes "bad for you" parts of the food, concentrating the "good parts" in the juice.

In a few days the product will be distributed electronically. I presume the shipping charge will be eliminated at that time. But I have heard anything specifically on shipping (or pricing when version 2 is released and distributed electronically).
